Will I receive an American Heart Association card?
No, only the American Heart Association can issue their card. They are a private company just like we are. We are competitors, as is the Red Cross. We all teach by the guidelines set forth by Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). I have been an American Heart Association instructor for 28 years, so I teach to AHA standards and designed this course to follow all their guidelines.

How long is my certification good for?
Your card will be good for 2 years from the date of your certification. But the great thing about online CPR certifications is you can revisit our site and watch the CPR and First Aid videos as many times as you like. Of course, feel free to share these lifesaving skills with your family.
